Level: Easy
Makes: That depends on how much salmon you have.

Ingredients:
4oz Cold Smoked Salmon (Norwegian or Scottish)
1 Tablespoon Butter
Several Watercress Crackers or Bagel Thins
1-2 Tablespoons Capers (in brine – not the dry salted ones)
4 Lemon Wedges or 1-2 Tablespoons Lemon Cilantro Salad Dressing
Tools:
Butter Knife
Large Plate (dinner or charger)
1 Small Spoon
Directions:
Fill your plate with crackers. On each cracker, thinly spread a tiny bit of butter on the top side to where the butter is barely even visible yet spread over the cracker evenly. Next, tear your cold smoked salmon into small pieces to fit the crackers and place onto your crunchy vessel. Place 3-4 capers atop each piece of salmon. Serve with lemon wedges so each person may control the flavor profile or juice 1/2 lemon and use a small spoon to top each cracker with a little bit of juice. You can also use a few drops of my Lemon Cilantro Salad Dressing instead of the lemon juice for a different experience.
Enjoy!
Yum! I like to serve smoked salmon over mini rosti pancakes 🙂
