Ingredients:
1 English Cucumber
3/4 Cup Plain Yogurt
1/4 Cup Vinegar (white, red, or cider)
1 Tablespoon Sugar
2 Teaspoons Dried Dill
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Tools:
1 Chef’s Knife
1 Cutting Board
1 Spoon or Rubber Spatula
1 Whisk
1 Medium Mixing Bowl
Directions:
Thinly slice your cucumber. Combine all ingredients except the cucumber in your mixing bowl using a whisk. Add in the cucumber and mix in thoroughly with a spoon/spatula/your hands. Set in refrigerator to marinade for at least 3 hours.
