In my last post I mentioned using my own aioli recipe. This is the base. You’ll want to watch the video to get an idea of what portion of oil to use, but I’ll leave a list of ingredients written out here as well.

Ingredients:
2 Egg Yolks
1 Tablespoon Warm Water
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoons Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon White Pepper
Non-flavorful Oil (Vegetable) – somewhere around 1 – 1.5 Cups
