I was tired of eating leftover Borscht so I decided to change things up a bit!

Ingredients:
1 Cup Leftover Borscht
2 Slices Swiss Cheese
1 Large Flour Tortilla

Tools:
1 Pan
1 Strainer/Colander
1 Slotted Spoon
1 Plate or Cutting Board
1 Spatula
1 Sharp Knife (optional)

Directions:
Put your tortilla on the plate/board and distribute the swiss cheese fairly evenly in the center. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the borscht into a strainer. Over your leftover pot of borscht or the sink, use the slotted spoon to press the borscht against the strainer until there is very little liquid left in your veggies and meat. Place drained borscht on top of cheese. Roll up the tortilla and brown in a pan over medium heat using the spatula to turn your wrap to brown it on each side. Once toasted and the cheese has melted, remove from heat and cut in half.

Enjoy!
