Makes: 12 muffins
Ingredients:
200 Grams All Purpose Flour
5 Grams Baking Powder
5 Grams Baking Soda
160 Grams Sugar
0.1 Ounces salt
0.2 Ounces Cinnamon
A few grated of nutmeg
325 Grams Pumpkin Puree
80 Grams Butter
1 Large Egg

Rubber/Silicone Spatula

Spoon/Cookie Scoop
Oil/Non-Stick Cooking Spray
1 Muffin Tin

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit/ 176-177 degrees Celsius. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl and combine well with a whisk. Melt the butter in a small sauce pan. While the butter is melting, mix the egg and pumpkin together. Mix the melted butter into the other wet ingredients gradually. Use a spatula to fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Oil/Spray the muffin tin and use a spoon or scoop to transfer the batter into the tin until the batter is 1/2-3/4 up the side of the tin. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the muffins pass the toothpick test.
