Level: Easy

Makes: 1 Loaf

3 Bananas, Mashed
1 Egg
5 Tablespoons Melted Butter
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Chia Seeds (optional)
1/2-1 Cups Sugar (to taste)
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

1 Mixing Bowl
1 Spoon or Electric Mixer
1 Loaf Pan (Greased)
1 Cooling Rack

Preheat oven to 350F. Mix together wet ingredients then gradually mix in dry ingredients. Once everything is combined, pour into loaf pan and put into oven.

Bake for 50-65 minutes. Check to see if the bread is done by using a cake tester that comes out clean. The edges of the bread should also be pulling away from the sides of the pan. Once bread is done, immediately pull it out of the pan and onto the cooling rack.
